Each email processed by Corvail Logistics counts as one document, regardless of how many attachments it contains. If a vendor sends a single email with three PDFs attached, that counts as one document against your monthly limit.
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit so there are no surprises. Documents above your plan's limit are queued and processed once your billing cycle resets, or you can upgrade to the next tier mid-cycle. We never silently fail documents.
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment — cancel anytime before your next billing date. Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate. Enterprise plans are typically 12-month agreements with terms negotiated directly.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
